8万くらいの利便性悪いワンルームに2人で住んで貯金するか、
どっちがええと思う？
やっぱり通勤時間とかスーパーまでの距離って少し高いお金払ってでも良くするべきなんかな
築年数の古い物件で貯金（か投資）をしつつ少し広めのところが良いのではと俺も思うな。
